## Mobile vs unit — how booking works from Glapwell

Book a mobile slot if you want us at your driveway or workplace within our Chesterfield and Sheffield radius. Book a unit appointment if you need paint correction, polish, ceramic coating or the Winter Protection Package — those jobs are finished at Glapwell, not at the roadside.

Unit appointments need a little planning: leave the car for the booked window, keep keys and access clear, and we will confirm collection when the finish is ready. There is no mobile ceramic coating and no mobile paint correction.

From Glapwell you get two clear paths: we come to you for valets and cleans, or you bring the car to Blacksmiths Close for paint and protection work.

A safe exterior wash that thoroughly cleans all exterior surfaces of your car without causing scratches. Includes a good quality tyre dressing that not only looks great but also moisturises the tyres, plus a waterproof coating that protects the paint for around 1 month.

Interior Deep Clean

A thorough deep clean of the interior that goes beyond a basic dust and hoover. Includes full vacuuming, cleaning of carpets, seats, plastics, and surfaces to remove dirt, grime and stains, leaving the cabin fresh and clean.

Full Valet Package

A complete inside and out clean that includes the Interior Deep Clean as well as the Exterior Safe Wash & Protect. Your car is thoroughly cleaned inside and out, leaving it fresh, protected and looking its best.

Interior Mould Removal

We take our time to fully remove mould and any associated smells from the interior. Using CLO2 gas, steam and a range of different APCs, we carefully treat affected areas to eliminate the mould and leave the cabin fresh and clean. We also leave a gas treatment in your car overnight which you can simply remove the next day — this gives the car a fresh start again.

Extreme Dirt Interior Detail

A heavy-duty interior clean for vehicles in very poor condition. We thoroughly remove heavy dirt, stains, grime and contamination from carpets, seats, plastics and all surfaces, restoring the cabin to a much cleaner and fresher state.

Paint Enhancement Package

A paint enhancement polish designed to brighten up the paint and enhance the overall look. This is not intended to remove imperfections such as swirl marks or scratches — for that, please see our other paint correction packages. Includes a free 1-year ceramic coating. This service is carried out at our Glapwell unit only (not available as a mobile visit).

Paint Correction

Quote required. We offer several different types of paint correction. From £350 and can rise into the thousands depending on the finish and level you want. Jobs can take days. We can also rebuild the clear coat on the entire vehicle. Prep process: Exterior Safe Wash, chemical decontamination (iron fallout & tar removal), then clay to leave the paint smooth and polish-ready before correction begins. This service is carried out at our Glapwell unit only (not available as a mobile visit).

Winter Protection Package

Protect your car from winter salt, grit and road film while restoring a brighter finish. We enhance the paint, brighten the surface and remove roughly 60–75% of light imperfections such as swirls and haze. Includes full exterior decontamination plus a 2-year Labocosmetica ceramic coating for durable protection against harsh winter conditions. Upgrade options available for longer-lasting ceramic coatings. Ideal preparation and protection for the colder months. Glapwell unit only (not mobile).

Headlight Restoration

Restore cloudy, yellowed or oxidised headlights back to a clearer, sharper finish. The £80 price includes both front headlights, with oxidation removal, polishing and protective sealing included. Extra full-size headlights or rear lights can be added for £40 per light, while smaller lights are £20 each. Results depend on lens condition; internal damage, cracks or moisture cannot be corrected.
